CSI STAFF At CSI , we are keenly aware of the fact that our greatest resource is, of course, our staff. CSI employs staff and consultants with the requisite backgrounds in government business. Our staff brings to this organization a blend of specialized training and professional skills. We have a proven record of providing high-quality administrative and professional services. Our staff provides these services to Federal, State, and Local government, as well as to the private sector. The individual employee plays an important role in attaining the Company's objectives, whether assigned to direct project support or the Company's management. The scope and complexity of today's high-technology projects require experienced individual with a diverse background of complementary skills, talents, and knowledge. The well-rounded and effective CSI employee is and will continue to be our most important asset. Deborah D. Robinson Ms. Robinson has 23 years of experience in the staffing industry and is responsible for coordinating program planning and development for CSI. Ms. Robinson's outstanding background lends itself to the areas of planning, training, and monitoring of personnel. Ms. Robinson is responsible for the day-to-day corporate activities, which includes the identification of needed resources, the establishment and implementation of budget and cost systems, and the development of time schedules and the monitoring of work assignments to ensure the timely completion of specific contract tasks. Ms. Robinson has worked with and coordinated with all levels of professionals in the management arena. She is responsible for screening applicants for the required expertise, defining the tasks to be performed, and for coordinating work results from the different components within CSI, to ensure overall work results meets the client's needs.
Reginald B. Stokes Mr. Stokes has 16 years of experience in the staffing industry and has primary responsibility for business development and staff training. Mr. Stokes’ particular areas of expertise are in marketing, human resources development, planning, and back office management. Mr. Stokes’ diverse background includes management and account executive positions for national and international computer companies. His past experience also includes 22-year ownership of a successful IT firm.
